  1. Unopened & Unused Products: Items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  2. Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective or cause an allergic reaction.

  3. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  4. Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days for a free replacement.

Return Process

  2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will provide return authorisation and instructions on how to send back the product.

  3. Packaging & Shipping: Securely package the product and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  4. Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items and promotional giveaways cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned according to their return policy.
