  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or promotional events.

Shipping Methods 

  • We include standard postage with the purchase of any products and do not offer first class shipments.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. As we are a small business
  • We are a small business, and unfortunately, we cannot process orders while we are on holiday. You will be informed of any such delays once you place your order.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • You can track your order via the specified carrier website (most of the time that is Royal Mail) using the provided tracking number.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please provide photos and contact our support team for assistance.
